About this LIHWAP program in Wellston, OH
Jackson-Vinton Community Action, Inc., can help income eligible Ohioans with water and wastewater assistance by paying water and wastewater bills through the Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program ( LIHWAP.) This program runs until September 30,2022. Eligible clients are those at or below 175% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (see below),who have a disconnection notice or has been disconnected, or either need to establish new service, or pay to transfer a service. Please note: Stormwater fees are also included under the LIHWAP program allowable cost.
